What is your 30-day guarantee?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all payments through Stripe. This allows you to choose between credit, debit, and even ACH transfers to make your monthly or annual plan payments.

Does my subscription cover theme and plugin license renewals?

We use a number of premium plugins within the scope of our services that you will get access to at no additional cost. However, you will still be responsible for the payment and renewal of any preexisting plugins and themes along with any you may decide to add in the future.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes! Agencies are welcome to white-label our services to their clients. This model can allow you to grow your subscription revenue without having to do any work.

Do you offer discounts for managing more than one site?

What is your onboarding process?

    Once we have access to your site we will conduct a full site backup.
  3. Hosting Migration
    After your site is fully backed up we will begin the process of migrating your site to our secure, high-speed hosting platform.
  4. Audit and Optimization
    When your site is securely on our servers we will conduct a full site audit and begin making any necessary edits and updates based on the package you selected.
